@VodafoneIN Flash Offers Are Undependable

Recently I had an experience with Vodafone USSD offer. I saw an  offer of INR 50 full talk time and tried to recharge  but got only INR 40. When I wrote back to the appellate officer I am just getting back the response to send the screenshot of USSD. Since the offer is time bound the same USSD is not coming back and as usual it is too difficult to make the customer care parrots to understand the same.

Dear Team, I had a daily offer update and recharged 50. But it credited only 40.67. Why did it debit 9.33. Looks like there is a discrepancy between offshore in *111 and the recharge system. Date of Charge 18th February 2016 Last Debate with 198 and Nodal Team: 20th February 2016 Can you help credit the balance 9.33 in my account please? Thanks and Regards, Deepak Vasudevan

Kindly refer to your grievance registered under the above docket number. The said grievance was forwarded to the concerned service who has intimated that. Customer disputes not received FTT of Rs.50 post recharge, We have reversed the remaining amount of Rs.9.33 on 02-Mar-2016
