There is an interesting and very useful offer from Vodafone Karnataka Circle that if you recharge INR 70 within 60 days of activation you would get full talktime. However when I did the recharge on 10th March 2016, I got only INR 58. I had lodged a CpGrams complaint (
) and the response from the network is as below
M/s Voda, the service provider/company reports " Customer disputes he got an offer of Rs.70 FTT • But post recharge received 58.14/- • As validated customer has received the remaining credit of Rs.11.87 as per the offer ". Case closed pls. PG Cell, DoT, Kerala.
The interesting part here is the complaint was posted to Vodafone Karnataka to TRAI New Delhi but is serviced and responsded by DoT, Kerala. |
