Who told a personal home PC can not have stringent restrictions?

Who told a personal home PC can not have stringent restrictions?

It is a common illusion that if it is a home PC exposed and hooked to Internet we can surf at any nonsense websites inviting more raja/tama into our hearts. No way. My PCs always had stringent access controls loaded into them. Being a technical architect by profession I also ensure that my PCs are built with security walls for ethics and normal functioning as well.

Just thought I would share a snapshot of advertisement loaded in Yahoo Mail (opened in new Tab for better illustration) which got kicked by the parental control powered by OpenDNS.
