After Thattukkada, now it is AappakKadai

After Thattukkada, now it is AappakKadai

Traditional cuisine restaurants are getting famous now in Chennai. An year back, the city saw launch of Idli shops like Murugan Idli Shop near T. Nagar, Madurai Idli Shop near Koyambedu.  Redhy was telling me that he is crazy of the various Thattukkadai in Velacherry for cheap and hygienic food cuisines. Perhaps for those interested, we have discussed about a few thattukkadai in Triplicane too over here. While travelling to Thiruvallikeni today, I saw a new shop that has come in the same building as Vasantha Bhavan in Velacherry. It has a board called 'Nala Aappakkadai'. But it is a pure Chettinadu non-vegeterian restaurant.

Now I think Velacherry has good diversity of restaurants of all kinds ranging from Triplicane Ratna Cafe too. It has almost become like a Mini T. Nagar.
