MTC demonstrates itself as an example to the saying "ऊंची दुकान, फीका पकवान"


The Metropolitan Transport Corporation (Chennai) which ushers in with a lot of innovations lined up in its fleet of  buses has point blank avoided the quality of services. See the following picture in Chennai.


It is said to be a super-deluxe bus but keeps breaking down and passengers need to manually push the  bus to enable it get up and running. 


Can something be done by MTC to address these maladies?
