A Friendly Indigenous UPS
The UPS that supports our home PCs normally we keep somewhere hidden near the sofa and it just gathers dust. No further. Wipro Peripherals has brought in a very innovative UPS, completely manufactured in India and priced at about 6000 INR. It has very good features like:
- Approximately 7 minute standby time, which again depends upon the system, monitor etc
- Digital Clock
- Good Aesthetic Design
- CD Holder

The device is pretty good and well designed. But I'm still comfortable with old models as this one needs considerable space (vertical) and electrical device like UPS shouldn't be kept on desktop, as I feel its not that safe.
