Showroom Echoes & Zing Chronicles: A Tribute to Trust Amidst Turmoil

Yesterday’s route through Saidapet and T. Nagar brought me face-to-face with the Hyundai Santro showroom—a moment that felt familiar yet layered. As I watched someone maneuver a little Hyundai out after his final test drive, a vivid memory flashed: December 17, 2003.

That was the day I took home my Kinetic Zing from Chandra Motors, Kilpauk—a milestone marked not just by mobility, but by moral gravity. The joy of that purchase wasn’t immune to scrutiny. There were eyes—clouded by envy and apathy—from some then-colleagues, whose bitterness hung heavier than the monsoon sky.

But grace, both divine and human, carried the day.

Swamiyae Saranam Ayyappa And three pillars of strength:

  1. Prashanth Samudrala – Steady as always.

  2. Senguttuvan Haridoss – My companion through every curve.

  3. Srinivasan Veeraraghavan – A foundational force in my startup journey, navigating through the political whirlpools with quiet resolve.

Today, I’m told all three have moved on from that organization. May their paths be lined with clarity and impact. My thanks remain evergreen.
