I just visited IndiBlogger and learnt that they are planning to organize a Chennai Bloggers meet sometime in May 2008. Currently, a tentative date of 17th May 2008 has been announced. The venue has not been announced yet. IndiBlogger has dedicated a separate page for Chennai Meet over here, where you can also register and confirm your attendance to the meet.
