We know of hundreds of currency convertors online that could give us a glimpse of the current currency conversion rates. But what if, for some reason, we needed to look up a currency exchange rate of say some five months back.

I had this piquant issue and after a little search, got hold of this page from IMF website: https://www.imf.org/external/np/fin/data/param_rms_mth.aspx

You need to do a little bit workaround calculation through SDR. But it it is really comprehensive calculator.
