Good Calm Investment at Chromepet near MIT Flyover

As part of my lucrative search for a good house besides its two-pronged objectives like investment and tax planning me and my friend zeroed in on an apartment in Chromepet. My friend was also looking out for a similar one. This is located at the Jains street near MIT Gate (you would need to walk for a couple of minutes).

The apartment is self-contained and secure one. Of course, at least from our projections and budgetary plans this was truly a heaven. We hence thought we should check out with the owner to see if we can bargain out something because it is a resale property of five years. Our trip to Chromepet from Camp Road was through Mahalakshmi Road and till the other representative of the owner came and met us we were waiting opposite to the Namma Veedu Vasantha Bhavan and near the gate of Samsung complex. It is indeed a good sign of growing business in the suburban areas that big names are mushrooming over here.<!--
