  Buying a residence apartment in Madipakkam?  &nbsp;  If you are intending to buy a residence apartment there are a number of points to ponder, which was our experience a few weeks back. A few of them to share out are:  &nbsp;    Too high rated square feet costs.  Bad infrastructure of the place  Easy-to-inundation on the slightest spark of showers.  Despite these, we braved to zero in two apartments one near Madippakkam Koot Road and other near Jaysan Cholai along with a close relative. Whilst the one near Koot Road was a resale the owner was avariously quoting a skyrocketing price, nevertheless it was maintained well. The other one was in a flood-prone area of Ram Nagar-Sadasivam Nagar belt.Also a few of the politics-creating creatures in my previous organization are put up in the same location of Madipakkam. I hence thought considering the lot of negative weights in Madipakkam this needed to be abruptly dropped without further delay or demur.<!--
