What came out as a biggest scam and deafening corporate misappropriation brought the downfall of 3rdAgenda, Chennai's the then blooming web development company. The misdirections started once 3rdAgenda was taken over by SSI Technologies, then headed by Suresh Kalpathi. Suresh' had virtually ripped off the then CEO as one of the interview with Ganesh Mandalam reveals "I would have thought twice about sharing equity and consequently ownership, in the way that we did earlier.".
