Is 'Lavanya' like a sparse IP address resource?

In this 'connected' Internet world we see time and again a problem like IPv4 addresses are in steep shortage and there are being efforts to upgrade the networks to IPv6 ones. You can check out the wiki page here. Sometime back I see a post from Anya Deepak as 'Naam gum jayega'.I believe the new discovery on 'Lavenia' should fill this gap.
